About Us
PPSN Co., Ltd., formerly known as Project Planning Service (Northern), was established in 1989 by a group of experienced Thai engineers with a shared commitment to professional excellence and responsible engineering practice.
For over 37 years, we have remained dedicated to supporting the growth of Thailand’s engineering consultancy profession while maintaining the highest standards of quality, integrity, and professional responsibility. Guided by the Engineering Profession Act B.E. 2542 (1999), we continue to uphold the principles that define our profession and contribute to the evolving needs of the construction industry.
Throughout our journey, PPSN has built extensive experience across a wide range of large-scale developments and infrastructure projects. Our portfolio includes transportation infrastructure, commercial developments, residential projects, healthcare facilities, convention centers, telecommunications facilities, and mixed-use developments. We are grateful for the trust placed in us by government agencies, state enterprises, and leading private-sector organizations throughout Thailand.
Our notable projects include the MRT Blue Line Extension, Siam Square One, CentralWorld Plaza, Central Airport Plaza Chiang Mai, Big C Hang Dong, Big C Lamphun, Sindhorn Residence, Ivy Sathorn, Ivy River, Ivy Ratchada, the Chiang Mai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, the King’s 84th Birthday Anniversary Building at Naresuan University, the Sports Authority of Thailand Headquarters and Training Center, and major telecommunications and data center developments for True Corporation Group.
